We are a ramen and rice bowl shop and more! Our food represents who we are and what we like in our food -- global, eclectic and full of flavor. We are Japanese-inspired but we also heavily rely on our Filipino heritage and our formal French training to create bold, fresh flavors! We also try to integrate flavors we've come to love from our travels across the world -- from the chicken sauce we stumbled upon in a hidden hole-in-the-wall in Seoul, South Korea, to the amazing seafood ramen broth that won us over on the island of Kiribati, to the surprisingly light pork tonkotsu we enjoyed in Reykjavik, Iceland. We have also made it a point to partner with local farmers and food artisans to offer seasonal items on our menu straight from the farm to your table.
